since I paid the deposit to them, I went to construction site almost every weekend from Kogarah to Penrith. When we bought the house, the roof was already on and the only part left was installing the inclusions (kitchen cabinets, floor, blinds appliances etc.)
When I firstly visited the site, Happy...Happy....but it lasted only for 10 seconds!
When I saw the bench top installed in the kitchen....
Oh....My....Lord!
It was really thin as paper!
There were choices that we could upgrade inclusions to more expensive ones.
I chose the most expensive ones called "elite" and the horror story starts.....
The bench top I paid for was 4cm.
The bench top they have installed was only about 2cm????
I thought they can make mistake and they will replace it once we report them.
O.K. O.K. So many phone calls and e-mails made them replace the thin bench top.
But they glued broken two pieces of bench top at the end........
I will show you what I am talking about.

When I asked them to replace the thinner bench top, they intentionally put the broken pieces.
What the hell?? Are you kidding me????? We bought the brand new house!
What the heck is that line in the bench top??? Who is gonna say "THANK YOU FOR YOUR Da** HARD WORK"???
I was so pissed off. This company's got serious issues!!!
